Privacy notice.
Effective September 2026. This site is intentionally minimal: no accounts, forms, payments, cookies set by us, analytics, or advertising and tracking scripts.
What is processed
Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to serve the site securely and diagnose problems. We do not combine this data with other sources or use it to identify visitors.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which processes your IP address to serve the font files.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address and message contents and retain the correspondence as long as needed to respond and keep ordinary business records.
What is not done
We do not sell personal data, run targeted advertising, or track visitors across other sites. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Colorado Privacy Act, where applicable), you may have rights regarding personal data, such as access to or deletion of email correspondence. Contact hello@gaugefieldcapital.com with any request or question and we will respond.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics or a contact form — this notice will be updated first, with a new effective date.
